YUTAVIS
THE PATH ADVANCED BY INSIGHT

A strategy coach for the decisions you are still carrying

Bring a real business situation into the room. Yutavis works it with you until the actual issue is clear, the decision is yours, and the next move is specific enough to execute.

The answer was never the hard part

You have made harder calls than the one sitting in front of you right now. That is not what is holding this up.

What is holding it up is that you are the only one who sees the whole picture, and you are standing inside it. The deal that stalled. The person who is not delivering. The message that has been in drafts since Thursday. You turn it over and keep landing in the same place, because what you are missing is not more information. It is someone outside it, looking at the way you have framed the thing.

Every operator who moves fast has somebody like that. An old boss. A former partner. A coach, if you were lucky enough to find a good one. They are not smarter than you. They are just not standing where you are standing.

Yutavis is a strategy coach built for that seat. It doesn't wait for your next scheduled meeting. It's right there, ready to help in the moment you need it.

What a session looks like

Almost nobody walks in with the real problem. They walk in with the version they have been telling themselves. Watch where this one ends up.

A real session. Trimmed for length, with identifying details removed. Nothing else changed.

I've been avoiding calling a bigger prospect I really want because I'm not completely confident I can handle the conversation at their level. So I keep telling myself I need to do a little more research first. But really, I think I'm just afraid of getting on the call and feeling like I don't belong there.
Yutavis
The prospect matters enough that you are treating complete command of their questions as the price of admission, while the research has become the safer place to stand.

What is the one specific question you believe you must be able to answer for this first call to be genuinely useful?
Member
Probably how we would actually help them improve results without disrupting what they already have. I keep thinking they're going to ask, "Why should we change anything if what we're doing is already working?"
Yutavis
You are requiring yourself to prove the value of changing a system you have not yet examined, based on an objection the buyer has not actually raised.

What concrete evidence do you have that this prospect's results are already strong enough to remove a reason for change, rather than that being the scenario your fear is supplying?
Member
Very little, actually. Now that you say it that way, I'm basically creating the objection for them before I've even had the conversation.
Your next move
Create one preparation page now with three sections: the business understanding required to ask intelligent questions, the four or five questions you will use to explore growth and strain, and the similar-company results you can explain. Stop researching once those sections are usable, then make the call Thursday morning.

The blocker was exposure, dressed up as preparation. That was never in the question the member asked.

What people bring in

  • A decision that has been sitting open longer than it should
  • A deal that stopped moving and you cannot name why
  • A message or follow-up you have rewritten four times
  • A conversation you keep finding reasons to postpone
  • A person on the team who is not performing, and the talk you owe them
  • A commitment you made to yourself and did not keep
  • A week that needs a shape before Monday

How it works

1

Calibrate the coach

Your role, your business, what you own, and how you want to be pushed. The coach starts knowing your situation rather than meeting you cold every time.

2

Bring the situation

In your own words, the way you would say it out loud. No prompt engineering, no framework to fill in.

3

Work the problem

The coach asks before it answers. It holds the arc until the real issue surfaces, which is usually somewhere other than where you started.

4

Own the move

Every session closes with one or two actions you accept, each with a timing and a condition for done.

5

Keep the record

What you committed to and what should be checked next time is saved with the session, so the work compounds instead of resetting.
